Reporting Copyright Infringement

Counter-Notification
If you think your content was removed or that access to it was disabled by mistake, you can send us a counter-notification. It must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- To point out exactly what stuff got taken down or blocked, and where it was before it disappeared.
- I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I truly believe the content was taken down by mistake or because it was wrongly identified.
- Okay, here’s what you need to include: your name, address, and phone number. Also, you have to state that you’re good with the courts in the UK handling things if there’s a legal issue. This means if you live in the UK, it’s the courts in your area. If you’re not in the UK, it means you agree to let UK courts take charge. Lastly, say that you’ll accept legal papers from the person who sent the DMCA notice or someone working for them.

Repeat Infringers
It is the policy of Guide By to disable or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe on intellectual property rights in appropriate situations.
